The factors I need to consider in creating an ICT project is making sure that I have written down all needs related to my project like initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and evaluating my project. 2.) ICT as Medium for Advocacy

Because of Information and Communication and Technology(ICT)   educational methodologies have changed a lot. When I was in grade school, our teachers taught us manually. They used chalk for the blackboard, marker pen for the whiteboard, books they read for us and presenting their visual aids in manila paper. Education was very slow when I was in grade school. But now that I am in Senior High School everything suddenly changed. Almost everything that my teacher use in teaching is high tech. Education is fast, we learn a lot and our lessons end quickly. The singing of national anthem - back then the singing of the national anthem has a conductor, need to memorize the song and forming a line. Now the singing of the national anthem uses audio/speakers, projector and no conductor. There is no need to memorize the song because the lyrics can be seen in the projector.  Concepts Notes -before ICT exist, making a concept note was very difficult. Multimedia  is a combination of one or more media such as text, graphics, drawings, images, audio, video, and animation. If all these resources are combine, interactive application will be produced. Interactivity is the fundamental feature of multimedia. Multimedia allows the content to be presented in a nonlinear way, which allows the reader to be active rather than passive. I use multimedia in daily activities but in different ways. Just like presenting my assignments or projects through images, audio and video to make it more enjoyable to present it. When I'm lazy to chat with my friends in a group chat especially when it's hard to explain stories to my friends, I use the voice clip to make the story clear to them. I think the significance of using multimedia helps not only me but everyone, because it can be used in business, schools, home, public places and even virtual reality.
